Built on three floors, the chalet benefits from having wonderful sunny views across to the Giggijoch ski area and the surrounding hillsides and mountains. Warm and welcoming, the largely wood-panelled interior adds to the sensation of Tyrolean tradition that the chalet exudes.
Most of the good sized bedrooms are ensuite, being comfortable and well furnished including most of them televisions and timbered balconies. All bathrooms are recently newly renovated. There is comfortable Tyrolean 'stubben' style sitting room with built-in wooden benches around oak tables with and traditional 'Kachelofen' and TV. With the easiest possible access to and from the slopes and lively centre of Sölden, the chalet is pleasantly set back in the quiet road just behind the main street. Yet despite its picturesque position, Haus Paul Grüner has another ace to play, it's stone's throw from the après-ski.
So après-ski lovers can enjoy the boisterous fun there at the end of the ski day before retreating to the calm and charm of their snow-cloaked mountain retreat. On the lower ground floor there is a heated ski and boot room with a ski boot dryer. The ski bus stop is at the chalet to give a free connection to other parts of the ski area.
The multi-functional leisure and recreation center 'Freizeit Arena' is just 50 metres away from the chalet with swimming pool, wellness & sauna, tennis and much more. This is an ideal chalet for guests who want just a short stroll to the ski lifts and pistes and into the resort centre to enjoy the lively après-ski and nightlife for which Sölden is justly famous.
